"This Extended stay Is Terrible... The Manager is a completely Unreasonable and rude individual. During my stay talking to other individuals that lived there for years in tough situations. Paying their rent where being Mistreated and Evicted after Raised rent on Them. Personally I was Charged and Extra Day after I check out even though He Knew That I was A Veteran And In a Tough Situation. I WOULD CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION. The more detectors fell off the ceiling of the room I was in as well. Not sure how well they keep the room up far as safety."
"The staff as a whole is very amazing and good at what they do. The general manager Anthony and the maintenance manager Roberto really the standard when it comes to customer service. My stay here is very comfortable and relaxing versus every other hotel in the city. I highly recommend to stay here when you a have an opportunity too. Definitely a clean environment to be in."
"Great management for sure! They are so understanding and work with you and just great people all around. And everyone that works the front desk are so nice and helpful with anything you need. I love staying here. Its been the best hotel/extended stay ive ever stayed at. 5 stars from me on everything for sure!"
