"Worst one in Charlotte. The manager on Monday afternoons is an imbecile. He would not refund me back my money even though i had a receipt and the never used item. I had to drive to the next closest one in mint hill , 20 min away. They treated me better and refunded my money."

"Very aggressive associates. As I was ready to checkout, I pulled out my phone to scan my military discount from the app. An associate must have assumed the worst and came over took the scan gun scanned my items and then made a snoody remark about the discount as she walked away. Whatever happened to customer service that greeted a customer and asked them about their experience and then followed up with, "can I help you today?" It's not the customer's fault that HD moved to self-check out. So when a customer is now doing multiple things at the register, associates need to treat each customer with dignity and not assume a negarious activity is occuring. I believe this reflects poor management and lack adherence to core values at this location. They can do better."

"Went to purchase fall yard items, seed, fertilizer, peat moss, bags and mums. All mostly large items. I asked for a cart and an employee told me they were in the parking lot. No effort to obtain me one. At the garden center checkout the customer in front of me was purchasing some items and was applying for a credit card. I was told to go inside and use the self checkout if I did not want to wait, which the cashier told me would be ten minutes. Same employee from earlier was behind the cashier on his phone, unwilling to assist with another register. I went inside and purchased my items and them walked all the way back to where I was parked by the garden center. I passed 7-8 employees working to install Christmas items. Do better HD. I'm only asking for the basics, a little assistance and to be checked out in a timely manner, not do your jobs for you."

"Ordered a mobile workbench from homedepot.com, and it was delivered from this store. I had went the prior day to check this out in person at this store and the one of the floor was damaged. This Home Depot decided it was a good idea to send out the clearly damaged bench anyways. When I contacted to return it, they came and picked it up, but did not return my delivery fee. I called and spoke to a very nice customer service rep at the store, and she put a note for the manager to refund it, but they never have. My Home Depot card only has that delivery fee on it, and it was due 3 days ago. I’m out $85 but I will never be shopping from this Home Depot or any other Home Depot again. 4/26/22 Update: This store did eventually make it right, and get back to me. Updating the review to 2 stars for following through."

"Summer is here and so is the trip to my local home depot store will increase. I love the staff here, they always guide us to the right direction. But i am more glad when they show us the exact location of the item we are looking for. Its hard to find sometime, needle in a haystack, but their well trained employee makes the job pretty easy. Good job guys. Highly recommend"
