"I really enjoy this store, the only thing that exceptionally got on my nerves was a woman who was following me around as soon as I entered the store. Telling me I’m in the men’s section out loud, as well as asking my size and trying to show me scrubs when I didn’t ask for or need help. She wasn’t doing this with anyone else. I told her thank you I’m good several times but she kept bothering me. I like the store a lot and the scrubs but I could go without the heckling, following and unneeded help after saying I don’t need any help.it was just very annoying."
"Friggin love this store. Every time my wife (Dental Assistant) and I come here we always leave satisfied. The deals for public servants and healthcare workers are great, the selection is broad and of good quality and the staff are phenomenal. They always work with us. "I have never been to a Castle uniform before, so I didn’t know much about all the different styles and cuts for scrubs. The manager Taylor made sure to take his time with picking out different pieces for me. He catered to making sure I left feeling happy about my purchase. Which I am! The other staff welcomed me and educated me about certain deals, and different brands around the store. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience! This was the first store I have walked into in a long time, and got above and beyond customer service. I definitely will be returning in the future! ❤️"
"This is a really neat store! I was very surprised by how large it is on the inside. They have a variety of items, from scrubs, shoes, novelty items and masks. They also custom design I.D tag holders and badges for any occupation. The customer service was outstanding! I caught them on their black friday sale, and ended up getting everything half off! I am definitely returning for products I may need in the future. I highly recommend them."
