"Burger is cold and it has everything on it when I asked for only ketchup. Fries are hot but excessively salty. Dang I was really tryna have something tasty to eat. That was nasty."
"Horrible experience. Drove back out to get mobile order corrected and was greeted with “what?” by the cashier. Since they still couldn’t listen to me or correct an issue, I left my order on the counter and left the situation. It’s really not that hard to listen to customers. I’ll be disputing with my bank as services/goods not received. Zero customer service here!"
"I went to this particular McDonald's on Thanksgiving morning. I was grateful that they were open. They have a special on the breakfast sandwiches (2 for 4.89). The 2 ladies that were working the drive thru that morning was so cheerful and had excellent customer service. Some people would have an attitude for working on a holiday. Also sandwiches were made hot and fresh."
"Yes!!! This is FREAKING MOLD!!! I am furious. Not only did it take forever to receive my food, but she. I received my food at 3:15 this morning? The LAST thing Ali expected was mold to be on my burger!!!! I can’t rate this any lower or I would!!"
