They reached out personally within a couple of hours of my sending a message and were warm, friendly, understanding, and responsive. They handled our issue with care and personally hand-delivered a new part to our home in the next day or so."

"This company gets 1 star instead of 0 for the how the furniture looks and has held up over the 5 years we have had it, but the customer service is absolutely horrendous. I would NOT recommend buying from them!!! After calling the company via phone to inquire about ordering coordinating pieces to match the ones we had purchased in 2014, I was told to order the grey and complete the order online. I did as they said and when I received the pieces a month or 2 later, I was upset to find that the color of the newly received pieces were a completely different grey than what I have. I called the company to see about returning the furniture and they would NOT help at all. I emailed back and forth with a man named Vio who advised that the only way I could get my money back was to drive over an hour to one of 2 stores which carries their furniture line and see if they would give me my money back. Again I did as Vio said and after driving all the way to one of the stores I was told by the store there was nothing they could do. They tried communicating with Vio as well and when the store owner and manager told him how ridiculous and unfair this solution was to both them and myself, he stopped responding to their text messages. So, my husband and I are now stuck with over $800 worth of mismatched furniture or a $300 store credit to some random furniture store an hour and a half from our house. Not good!!!"
