"Edit in response to the reply: it would’ve been cool if the worker at the office had given me that advice! This would be a much better place to live if management took noise complaints more seriously, especially when it comes to people leaving their animals unattended so their dogs can bark 24/7 and drive you mad when you work from home. I called the office just now, tried making a complaint, and the woman said nothing could be done unless it was during certain times at night. I then said it did occur at night occasionally all this year, so it would fit that criteria, which was followed by dead silence from the woman for an elongated period of time, then followed by “is there anything else I can help you with?” so yeah. noise complaints don’t do anything and you’re just stuck in purgatory hearing a neglected dog bark all day. very fun. (another edit) additional things to add on: My partner and I were charged 3x our monthly water bill last month, and the management team seemed like they had no interest in helping. they did, however, send maintenance to inspect our apartment finally - and they fixed our toilets, which had always been strange at flushing for the entirety of our stay here. and then, of course, our toilet wasn’t actually fixed. it’s acting the same way it always has again. we also reported seeing water stains from a leak upstairs , and while each time they would go fix the leak, no one has repaired the damage done to the ceiling. so now there’s just giant dark spots on the bathroom ceiling, where one is so bad that there’s black spots among the darker colors (potentially a mold issue?). but whenever we’ve brought it to their attention, we were told it would be fixed, and they’d never come back. Another fun update as of 12/31 - air conditioner hasn’t been working since the night before Christmas Eve. someone came to look a few days ago, said they’d return when their manager or whatever “returns from vacation” without specifying when that would be. Having no air conditioning for the entirety of the holidays, over a week now, is so cool :’-)"

"I love the staff, clubhouse and pool are beautiful. Love my apartment and my current rent is decent. My biggest concern is the roaches. I'm in the 3000 building and It's not an infestation or anything like that, however, only being here 2 months I've seen to many for my liking both inside my apartmentand outside in the walk way. Hopefully I am able to get it under control with the exterminator visits."

"This is my fourth year here and I think that I'm not renewing my lease for a multitude of reasons; 1) ROACHES! the entire apartment complex ALWAYS has roaches everywhere and we always get roaches inside our apartment even though the apartment is clean. The insulation is so bad that roaches can just squeeze through it and get inside your home from a lot of different points like the front door, the balcony doors, the windows, and even from the outside of the apartment from under the walls that are in between the rooms. 2) Loud neighbors and paper thin walls outside and inside the apartments. You can hear everything happening outside your apartment as if they're in the same room. You can also hear everything happening in your apartment with the doors closed (like from different rooms). 3) The smell of weed has been disgusting. My neighbors and I have contacted the office in regards to this for over a year and not a lot was done. The entire building smells disgusting and if you walk by the residents that smoke weed, you can smell it very evidently so. 4) The recent "renovations" that were done were done so cheaply and a lot of corners were cut, just look at the finish of the paint on the rails and doors. I think that the buildings and houses need a real rework in terms of noise from walls and windows. 5) The trash service people are so rude. They expect you to leave your trash outside with a plate of cake and a drink and won't pick it up otherwise. They always nag like little girls if your trash bag isn't centered perfectly and threaten that they won't pick it up unless you do what they want you to do as if we're the ones working for them. They even hand out warnings, like just either do your job or have the office contract a different company that's actually professional. 6) DOGS BARKING 24/7 and a lot of their owners not cleaning up after them when they do their business. My neighbor moved out because of many of the reasons above and I think my family and I are moving out as well after this lease ends."

"I have lived here for 3 years, and will not be renewing my lease. It has gotten much worse. There is constant noise, between construction and landscaping. It used to be one day a week, all day, when landscaping would come by, but this is the 3rd day this week they have come by. My partner and I work night shift, so this has been a problem. We're also seeing more roaches. I think these apartments are old and there are many repairs needed. I believe management does everything they can, but their hands are tied in some of these situations."
