"On time, great service and communication! I needed an executive bus for 17 VIPs and found Avenue Chauffeured Transportation on-line. I can't say enough about the excellent service! I spoke to John to book my reservation. The bus was on-time, for several stops throughout the day. The driver, Quincy, was very easy to contact during the day and always arrived on-time, exactly where he was supposed to. He also had a cooler with ice and water for us and helped clean it up after the passengers got off the bus. The website needs to be updated to make it more user-friendly. Rather than searching by event type, I wanted to search my vehicle type, then number of passengers. Thank you John & Quincy!"
