Micki discovered yoga thirteen years ago as a way to manage her health issues, including back pain and insomnia, which led her to leave her teaching career. She has since grown her personal yoga practice through various classes, workshops, and trainings with renowned teachers such as Shiva Rea, Kathryn Budig, and Ray Long. Micki is a certified PiYo instructor and has received multiple certifications in yoga, including Yoga Alliance 200 Hr Teacher certification, Practical Yoga, Yoga Essentials I & II, and Pre/Post Natal Yoga Certification. She is also a Primary Group Instructors certified, focusing on the science behind exercise.
