"Having worked with East Coast Granite and Chase for over 5 years, I have found that recently they have been slack around sticking to their schedule. Please trust they are still very quick to ask for a deposit...but when it comes to execution, they have missed multiple appointments, which has put me in a bind. Be careful and ask about their scheduling/availability to template and install before signing their contract. Not sure how much longer I will be working with them"
