Welcome to Radius Pizzeria & Pub, located at 112 North Churton Street in Hillsborough, North Carolina. Owned by Mick and Kate Carroll, our goal is to provide you with the best tasting gourmet pizzas, comfort-food entrees, salads, and sandwiches in a welcoming and family-friendly environment. We source ingredients from our local community and surrounding counties whenever possible, and our pizza dough undergoes a natural fermentation process before being baked in our wood-fired brick oven.
Kate Carroll, a Durham native with a passion for good food, brings her family's love of cooking and gardening to Radius. Mick Carroll, hailing from a small farm in County Sligo, Ireland, brings his culinary expertise from training in France and working in top restaurants in Dublin and San Francisco. Together, they create delicious dishes made with care from simple ingredients.

"The family and I dropped in for lunch. This place came recommended, so I had high expectations. I ordered the fish and chips and was not disappointed. The portion size was incredible. The batter on the fish was very light and crispy. The bar was nicely stocked with the usual brands you'd expect. The friendliness of the staff was by far the biggest reason to come back again."
"We ate outside and the setting is very nice, not right on the street. Took a while to be greeted by a server. I had the special pizza, and it was good crust. Toppings were the right amount. More of an artisan pizza than New York style, but not bad. Had rice balls, but had a very intense flavor, may truffle oil?? Not for me, but my wife liked them."
"Gluten free pizza was decent. A little unevenly cooked crust wise but the specialty toppings definitely made up for the crispy outside, doughy center of the pizza. I got a butternut squash pizza. It was not big enough to split though. Other meals (normal pizza/salad) in my group looked good and the bowl one person got looked amazing."
