"They want a 150 cash deposit for a MOTEL room. Not a very nice one at that. Lady upfront has some kind of attitude problem as well. Just go to the Red Roof Inn. They have an indoor pool and will accept any card on file in place of a deposit for a MUCH nicer room."
"Most disgusting hotel I ever stayed in! Roaches, the room was not cleaned! Cobwebs everywhere they kept my deposit and we never got under the covers because there was so many burn holes on them and nasty dirty we used our own pillow cases because they were dirty and burn holes and they kept my deposit because the air conditioner was leaking in the room and I got sick from the mold. Do not stay here!!!"
"I would not recommend this place to staying, the room smells really stinks for a non smoking room the cleaning lady sprayed some odor ban twice didn’t even work that’s how bad smells is I let the front desk know about it they said they gonna spray some air freshener …lol, the ceiling is peeling off, air condition is rusted is smell mold bathroom is disgusting and the towels is dirty the manager is very rude they charge you for dirty towels, the towels they gave me had stain and dirty the manager is rude and unprofessional. On there website said is continental breakfast nope nothing the coffee is old juice is water down there’s other cheaper places is better then sunset I will NEVER staying in sunset bad experience manager needs more people skills and more professional"
"While it was quite clean, they are charging if any damage but not replacing broken or burnt items. While we didn't break or burn anything there were many items in our room broken and burnt. The website says free continental breakfast but there was only coffee and juice. The staff was friendly. It was a good price. Definitely not the worst or the best but falls comfortably in the middle"
