"Accommodated me at the last minute politely and cheerfully. Enjoyed my appointment with Mandy. She treated me like a friend and my hair was styled perfectly! A very enjoyable visit!!"
"I took my 15 year old daughter here who wasn't sure if she wanted 2" or 6" off. She got Mac (Karen) who seemed to be very complimentary & friendly of my daughters best friend but had no words for my daughter, the customer. After Mac cut a couple inches off, my daughter asked if she could get a few more cut off with this haircut & Mac's response in a derogatory way was "No that would be an entirely new haircut we'd have to charge for" First of all it was a blunt straight across cut, the easiest you can get, 2nd of all I've always been able to go shorter in one sitting because the client needs to be happy. Oh, and after all this, I had to fix her uneven hair in several places when we got home. Long chunks of hair that had been missed and uneven pieces you could see when she tucked her hair behind her ears. Extremely disappointed I've had better cuts & better attitude at great clips."
