"I would not recommend this groomer. I asked for them to cut roughly 1" away from her body (Showing the Length of Cut in My Fingers) and clean up around her head, leaving enough hair for a bow. They completely buzzed my dogs hair down to 1/8" from her skin and left the hair around her eyes so long that it droops down in front of her eyes when her head is up. I am very disappointed. The receptionist said "Hopefully when it grows back out we can try again / give us a shot". If you live in the Lake Norman Area, I would most defiantly recommend going to one of their competitors (Impeccable Paws, Symmetry Pet Grooming, The Doggie Barber) before "giving them a shot"."
"This is the ONLY place we will take our dogs. Been coming here for about 3 years. One of our dogs is a handful with nail trimmings. Sean, the owner, and his staff are always awesome about getting the nails trimmed -- even if my 70lb dog thrashes back and forth and occasionally draws blood from scratches. I've had other dog grooming places refuse to trim her nails. We recently moved about an hour away, but we still make the monthly trip out there! Highly recommend Lake Norman Pet Grooming!"
"5 stars from me! I have a German Shepherd who naturally has a TON of hair, so I'm used to paying a pretty penny to have her groomed. Too many times it's been money down the drain for something I could've done myself (Petco, PetSmart, other local places- don't waste your time). Lake Norman Pet Grooming has her looking like a show dog every time we leave there. I've been using them for a year and have been happy after every appointment. Highly recommend them!"
