"I use to come here all the time because they did a good job and convenient. Well I stopped going for about 6 months because they rushed, put it on super thick and hours later it would smear. It’s a pedi so I wear sandals for hours after. Decided to go back first visit was great. Today not so much. I call for appointment they tell me just come in only 5 minute wait and I pushed but pretty much they said I’d have to wait 2 hours for an appointment. Unsure how that works. I go in I love 10 minutes away and now it’s 40 wait. I just looked at the girl and said why did you tell me 5 minutes 10 minutes ago? So put my name down go do errands and come back. Seat me then wait another 10 for someone to fill the tub and come over so now I’ve waiting about 45-50mins. All good and the lady starts painting and I said that’s too thick. She blames the light pink I chose. Which I use this color all the time. Why am I explaining to her to do 3 light coats instead of 3 super thick knowing they won’t dry. Well she kept hitting the nails had to take it all off and start over twice. Now I’m annoyed because she’s trying to say she can’t get a good coverage with this color. So now she does a coat let’s it dry and again. The normal way instead of rushing and layering wet over wet. Well don’t you know I get home different tow she didn’t redo I look down 2 hrs later and touched it, smears. If don’t right no nail polish takes 2 hours to dry. I’m traveling so I don’t have time so I calm and the manager was rude wanted to give me a poohs changes I said no this is a constant issue refund me or credit for a new pedi. He said nk and now waiting for the owner to call which I’m not holding my breath. Save time and find somewhere else to go. I’ve give here for years prior and clearly their service has declined and their manager doesn’t value repeat customers. Update I get a call 2 hours later from the technician!! The manager reamed her out and she was offering me a refund. What?! I’m not taking money from her, the manager should have just setup a new pedi with her later for a redo. Instead he gave my number to her to call me and apologize. She was very sweet but it’s not just her it’s all the technicians and that’s because the owner and manager are pushing them to do as quickly as possible. I find this infuriating. I just am disgusted by how the manager handled all of this. I won’t be returning."

"Although I love the location and the interior I’m not impressed with my visit. I felt as if my nails were rushed through so the technician can secure as many customers as possible. I had to ask for her to push back my cuticles and cut them as she just did a quick buff then tried to glue down an artificial nail. While cutting my cuticles, she cut me and I bled a little. She got polish all over my cuticles and overall she just did a very sloppy job. This experience just reminded me why I stick to press on and doing my own nails at home. I will not be returning."

"Terrible Experience. Will not ever return. Asked for full set and regular pedicure. Pedicure first, started off great. Showed a picture of the ombre full set I wanted on my nails. Tech said she was done and someone else would do it. Then proceeded to do another customer’s nails…they don’t have toe dryers so I sat there aimlessly hoping someone would come do my hands. No one did, while I watched other customers be taken care of. So I paid for the service walked out with wet toes and will not ever go back."

"DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to get acrylics for my prom because it was close by and when I walked in the girl at the front was very rude, when I sat down to get started I had asked for a manicure but that never happened. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and he said it was easy so I was excited to get going. Once he got started he kept drilling my skin, the plastic nail pieces kept popping off and he just kept gluing them back on, the shaping was AWFUL and my nails were all different shapes, I had to ask him multiple times to fix them and he kept acting annoyed when I had asked? He kept yanking on my fingers and aggressively filed them. When he was putting the acrylic on he got it all over my fingers and just kept it there, when he went to drill the acrylic he kept drilling my skin AGAIN. He rushed the designs and they looked nothing like the picture and he stopped near the end to answer his phone, when I got up to pay my nails were sticky (I had asked for gel) and they were bumpy and not shiny at all. As I was leaving i saw him walking to his car and now I know why he was rushing. I ended up going to a different place and getting them redone for much cheaper and they were so nice. I will never try again. Right is what I asked for and left is what I got"

"If I could leave no stars I would. I came in for a fill in and showed the lady the picture of the nails I wanted and asked several times to make sure it’s something she could do. I understand the extra charges for colors and shape and stuff but after the tip I paid $60 for these. Several other techs came by and were joking around and laughing with her while she did these, so it seemed like they were all fully aware of what I was receiving. I will not be returning. Techs need to be honest about their capability. The first picture is what I received and the second is the picture I showed her."
