"Karen is an extremely talented massage therapist. She has a healing touch and is well versed in traditional massage, as well as reiki and cranial sacral therapy. In February I injured my neck and was in extreme pain. Nothing had helped, including a visit earlier in the week with a different massage therapy. By Friday I was so desperate I was on my way to the ER when I checked my email and saw Karen had responded and offered to fit me in. When I arrived she discussed treatment options and suggested doing 90 m cranial sacral + 30 m massage. I had no clue what to expect from the CS but let me tell you IT WORKED. I could physically tell a difference in my pain level as she started to work on me. Cranial Sacral is not like a traditional massage as the practitioner is using more “hold” like techniques. I found it very relaxing as well By the end of the CS session alone my range of motion in my neck had already increased and my pain levels had decreased. The 30 minute focus massage was also very beneficial and it made a huge difference in my pain levels. When I went to see Karen I was at a 12/10- when I left I was probably a 7/10. That might not sound like a lot but it was a significant improvement in my quality of life. I followed up with another appointment the following week and just felt miraculously better. I highly recommend Karen. She is experienced and probably one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever seen. I booked my daughter an appointment with her (same as mine- blend of CS/ massage) and she also felt the difference afterwards."
