WFU Campus Garden
β OpenWFU Campus Garden, located at 1141 Polo Road in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is a school institution that offers a hands-on gardening experience for students. As part of Earth Month 2024, the Campus Garden is hosting over 25 events from March 24 to April 26. Participants can learn about regenerative agriculture, climate change, and how gardening can help alleviate hunger. The garden offers opportunities for all experience levels, including harvesting, pruning, mulching, weeding, composting, and seeding. The Connect & Cultivate program, led by trained student leaders, allows students to volunteer on weekdays from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. This program aims to connect students with each other and the environment while learning about sustainable gardening.
