UNC Disc Golf Course
The UNC Disc Golf Course is located at 910 Raleigh Road in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. It is part of the Outdoor Education Center (OEC), a 67-acre Campus Recreation facility that offers outdoor programming and open recreation opportunities for the UNC community. The OEC features a premier 18-hole disc golf course, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, a bouldering wall, and a high and low elements challenge course. Additionally, the OEC hosts the Get Real & Heel breast cancer recovery program. The disc golf course is set in the rolling piedmont hills, with a mix of open and wooded holes suitable for players of all ages and skill levels. The course is open from dawn to dusk and parking is available at the UNC General Administration lot. The UNC Disc Golf team and local disc golf community host events at the course, including the annual PDGA Tar Heel Open.
