"There were tons of roaches. Otherwise nice rooms. No toilet paper and couldn't get any from housekeeper or front desk. No towels either. Remote didn't work for TV. Walls so thin you could hear the people next door and their kids up till 3am talking about being crackheads. They even comment about them listening to what you're doing in your room. People and kids outside in parking lot all day very loud."

"When I book this it said I would have pots and pan in the room and breakfest in the morning. I was told this location was bought by some else and very thing is a charge. If you go to TV and watch station 2 it said go to the desk to get your kitchen stuff and it says enjoy free breakfest in the morning. I will never say here agian. I feel that I was lied to on this hotel website. Also the area is so bad that out my window drug deals where going down, like it was nothing. I feared for my life every time I went out the door. Also when I went to check in 10 mins till 3 the counter person said the sign says you can't check in tell 3pm. I look at her and said are you serious. She said I said 3pm. I waited until 3 by the check end and at 3 she acted like I just walk in. So I waited and at 310pm I walk up to the counter and she said can I help you. I just got madder and madder. I will never stay here ever agian.i hope that upper management reads this and offers me a free week not at this location."

"I have been at this place for about 3 weeks now. I can honestly say it’s a great place to b especially if u need quiet time to relax. Every one is so friendly. It’s walking distance from a lot of stores. Very convenient. Rooms nice & clean plenty of room. Full kitchen. A great home away from home."

"I just have to give the front desk. Courtney a shout out. She was amazing from the time I arrive to changing my she kept a smile on her face. She was polite. She was professional. She was just absolutely amazing. She didn’t get frustrated. She made sure that whatever she felt like she couldn’t do in that moment she made sure that she got it done for me and I really really appreciate her. I also appreciate the manager also absolutely amazing. She has great staff."

"I have stayed at Extended Stay America locations in the past. They were a great value for folks needing a week or more accommodations due to work or contracting in a particular area. But this location has changed. They now offer extended housing for families. This place is now populated with folks just hanging out and unattended children. Children who congregate in groups in the parking lot screeching and shouting things that would make a gangster rapper blush. And this goes on till well past 1a.m. in the morning. I guess sleep isn’t a priority for some. Even with the AC unit running, I would still get startled awake at 1:00 in the morning by some youngster’s high pitch scream having a blast out in the parking lot. And I was on the 3rd floor. About the room itself – the AC unit could not keep the room cool. Remained in the mid 70’s during most the day. Made it difficult to sleep. Notified the front desk multiple times over several days. They said they would put in a ticket for maintenance. I don’t know if anyone ever showed up to look at the AC unit as I was out for work. And stranger yet, the front desk couldn’t tell me if anyone ever looked at the AC either. But the AC was never fixed. Never again."
