"Date: 6/23/23 Catina Greene and her staff lack knowledge and professionalism. During telehealth video calls, Catina Greene disregarded my words, twisted them, and responded with sarcasm. One instance that exemplifies her lack of knowledge is when she suggested that my grandmother should wake me up for work if I don’t hear my alarm. It is not my grandmother's responsibility, as I am a grown woman. Additionally, her staff displayed a lack of knowledge when the billing and collections person admitted to not understanding what an Explanation of Benefits is, requiring me to explain it. Furthermore, when I requested my medical records, the same staff member insisted on consulting with Catina Greene, despite already providing the Explanation of Benefits. I had to assert my patient rights before receiving my records via email. On top that when I was finally given my billing statement I was provided with another patient’s billing information. I have chosen to discontinue using Catina Greene's services. Date:6/24/23 Replying To The Response Of Catina Greene: I stand by my original review. Catina Greene and her staff is unprofessional. When the staff FINALLY provided me with a copy of my statements it, contained another patient’s information, which compromised that patient’s privacy."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Greene for a year and I have no regrets. She has been very helpful in not only helping me understand my diagnoses, but in managing them also. She is very knowledgeable of her field and you can truly tell that she cares for her patients."

"I would not recommend her. There were times I'd felt like I was not being respected nor heard that led to down the road the diagnosis of bipolar disorder. I felt like deep down, Catina Greene was putting words in my mouth and she also refused to accommodate with a note for school that I needed to play catch up on due to my ADHD issues, and somehow she neglected. She also neglected on filling out a form without proper, logical reasoning for a medical leave so I could return back to work in which led me to get terminated and till this day I am awaiting a trial of March 2023 for an unemployment that caused all of this. Go invest your time, energy, and money where you are feel wanted, loved, and understood."
