"I get a banana pudding milkshake almost everyday. Occasionally get a grilled chicken sandwich tray too. Sometimes my chicken sandwich doesn't have on it what I ordered. The food is great though and the milkshakes are delicious."
"Ordered 2 chopped BBQ plates. One had 3 small onion rings in it and the other had a cup of slaw on the side with no mayo... Just a cup of dry cabbage. This Cookout has gone downhill FAST!"
"They were backed up, perhaps peak timeframe during the evening. They still made it happen. The food was ok. Chicken strips a bit dry, and fries were great. Always lovin' the shakes. Overall, not bad. Not their best, but I'm sure there were circumstances beyond their control taking place."
"Never have I ever had to go to cookout THREE times in a span of 40 minutes. The first time I went through tonight they were not busy. Granted I ordered meals for 6 people, still my tray was incorrect completely. My mother went the second time and the guy at the window had the audacity to ask her "well did you unwrap and check the burger?" A big DUH with a capital L on his head. Yes of course we checked it. So then she comes home with a new tray, and this time they gave me a BBQ sandwich instead of a plain burger with only ketchup. How do you even confuse the two? Which resulted in a third very irritated and frustrated trip back to Cook Out just to get ONE tray right. The worst service I've ever had."
