"The service in the drive through lane was very slow. When I finally reached the window I sat there for a long time. I felt I should have been asked to pull forward so that the next person in line could be served. However, no one spoke to me until I was given my food. I've eaten here before and it is typically a longer wait than at most fast food establishments, but this time it was beyond acceptable. I do not plan to eat at this particular location again. There is another Chick-fil-A nearby and I advise eating there. The service is much faster."

"I have left several messages about receiving someone else’s food. It’s very unprofessional to not have someone give me a call back. Order my husband a honey pimento cheese combo and received a biscuit combo with tomato. all I wanted to do was switch my food this sucks!"
