Micki is a certified PiYo instructor and has received multiple certifications in yoga, including Yoga Alliance 200 Hr Teacher certification, Practical Yoga, Yoga Essentials I & II, and Pre/Post Natal Yoga Certification. She is also a Primary Group Instructors certified, focusing on the science behind exercise.
