"this store is going downhill . Listen I LOVE self check and never thought I’d say this but my god YOU NEED REAL PEOPLE ON THE REGISTERS!!!!!! The point of self check out was for convenience ( and those with disabilities) NOT to completely eradicate, face-to-face interaction . Again, I prefer self check out, but I hate going to the self check out at Walmart now because it’s always so packed because THEY NEVER HAVE REGULAR CASHIERS OPEN. ( or just one when self checkout has a line. again Self check out was made for convenience not as a total replacement. Even heard employees complain to both each other and other customers about how they never have the registers open. Y’all really need to open more Registers or just knock out half of the registers and expand the self check. I promise yall will save money on the long term. Can’t count how many ppl I know that haven’t been shopping at walmart because of the long lines. Both in regular and self checkout. it’s actually really wild going into the store every day and the self check out being completely packed, but having absolutely no one on the register? I went from shopping here monthly for years and know barely come in and again I LOVE SELF CHECKOUT!!!!! Also side note the last three milks ( red cap full gallon) have ALL gone sour days to even weeks before they were supposed to. Talking half a gallon of milk down the drain in these times on three separate occasions. Started buying milk from Lowe’s haven’t had any issues"
"I was there in the morning and the shoppers were mostly elderly, happy, pleasant people. I enjoyed the experience. The shelves were well stocked with a great variety of products. Checkout was quick and easy. No wait. Parking was plentiful."

"A $2 cup wouldn't scan so I dropped it back in my shopping cart to scan another I had like it. The system alerted the employee to watch the transaction, which was fine. But I overheard the employee say he always watches me which really made me angry. I spend a lot of money there. Not the first time I've been watched. I always feel like a criminal there. Never stole a damn thing. Now I'm spending all that money at Food Lion."
