They made the process as easy as it could be and were thorough in explaining every step and giving me time to say goodbye. I am so appreciative to everyone here, they do incredible work."

"This review is a bit overdue, but better late than never. My sweet boy started to act out of character and having some bleeding in his feces. I took him to another vet and was almost immediately referred to CVS because of his condition. Very long story short, my Baby Biscuit spent several nights at CVS. I got calls daily and they let me stop by every day after work to come see him, even when he was in the Oxygen enclosure in the back. One night I got a call around Midnight that my baby was not doing well. I drove up there to see him and spent 3 hours just sitting with him while he was on Oxygen. He had multiple blood transfusions over the previous few days, I had bought a new medication for him to start trying that day, and I did feel like the team did everything they could to try to save him. After 3 hours with him, I started to head home for a few hours of sleep before having to be at work at 6am. After barely getting out of the parking lot, I got another call that Biscuit had taking a decline right after I left. At 3:25 my Biscuit took his last breath in my arms. I am now financing $6,000 for the efforts made to save my baby and his passing. The financial aspect is not easy. My baby not surviving is still difficult, even months later. However, CVS did have a friendly team, good communication, and I am ever so grateful that they were attentive to Biscuit so that I could be there with him during his unexpected passing. RIP my sweet Baby Biscuit ❤️"

"We brought our pup, Cooper, in on a Saturday with suspected liver disease and pancreatitis. Cooper was our entire world and I always felt like they were treating him with compassion. We were able to visit several times a day and they were very understanding. He stayed for 5 days and we unfortunately had to let him go. Dr. Bailey never gave up on Cooper. She was professional and thorough and explained everything in a manner that we could understand. Our hearts are shattered but Dr. Bailey and all the staff were very understanding. It's possible you will wait awhile - it's an ER and they are dedicating the necessary time to each patient and triaging more severe cases. I never felt rushed with any of my discussions or updates on Cooper's status. They very patiently answered all of my questions."

"I had to bring in my 17 year old kitty, Baby Susie, 3 different times in the span of about two weeks because she was suffering from severe anemia. The staff was so friendly to me and treated my kitty wonderfully every time I went. They let me visit her whenever even multiple times a day and they would always call and give us updates on how she was doing. Even though my cat was very old they took everything very seriously and did not label her as a lost cause just because of her age. Each time I had to take her the front desk staff was very friendly to me and were very helpful. The second time i brought her in it was an emergency and the second I arrived someone came out and immediately grabbed her and took her back. Dr. Bailey was wonderful to my kitty, she even got her in with the cardiologist in Matthews the day after they suspected she had heart failure. Even when there was little hope that my baby was going to live much longer Dr Bailey still gave her another chance. I would highly recommend coming for any pet emergency because of how kind and compassionate they treated not only me but my precious kitty. We had to put my sweet baby down a few days ago but it is comforting to know that they really did try their very best to save her."
