"Filled out the new patient forms online and submitted them, didn't hear back for two weeks, submitted them again, and again nothing. Called the phone line and was told I'd be gotten back to either that day or tomorrow and heard nothing. Called again and was told I'd be gotten back to by the end of that day but heard nothing. Visited the office in person during business hours, but the receptionist was absent. The lack of communication is inexcusable, and after actively trying to see someone here for a month, I'm over it and finding somewhere else."

"Unprofessional, non-communicative and laxidasical. Submitted everything through their online portal over two weeks ago. Called to find out what’s going on only to be told they were waiting on confirmation of my insurance. No one ever asked whether I even needed my insurance or if I would pay out of pocket (as I would happily do). To think you reach out as someone who is asking for help, yet, they could care less to actually help and only care about whether I have insurance or not (based off my conversations with whoever the gentleman is who answers the phone and seems bothered by anyone who calls). Have left two voicemails (to which no response) and still after two weeks…. Nothing. Their actions and lack of compassion and response should be known to everyone so they know to not go to their facility if your in need of help."

"Had to wait over a month for my appointment which is fine and understandable. I got around 8 different emails telling me to put a card on file before my telemed appointment even after I put a card on file but not one email with the link to actually join the zoom appointment. Had to call the day of my appointment to find out what I was supposed to do since I received no instructions on how to begin. Then when I finally entered the zoom appointment Natasha Cooper didn’t have it so I could see who I was speaking to. It was weird and uncomfortable to answer a bunch of personal questions to a blank screen knowing that she could see me but I can’t see her. I’ve been diagnosed over 10 years with the same things and took the same exact medication because that is what worked for me. After much trial and error with trying different medication and different combinations the combination I’ve been on during the time I had insurance and when I could afford it has been the same for ten years with zero side effects or problems. She wouldn’t prescribe it to me she only prescribed one medication and wouldn’t prescribe the other and then wouldn’t even prescribe something in its place. Seems like she just wants to waist my time and my money because I know just the one by itself is not going to help me the way it could. But the more appointments they can book is what matters to them never mind actually looking into a persons medical background and doing what works. I won’t be coming back. How can you build a relationship with a person you can’t even see and who won’t listen to you about the issues I’ve been dealing with for over ten years. Really sad and a waste of my time."
