"⭐ My experience with Dr. O'Malley was highly disappointing and left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I visited Dr. O'Malley seeking relief from excruciating heel pain, which I described as feeling like I was walking on bricks. Despite my repeated mentions of this specific issue, Dr. O'Malley failed to address my concerns adequately. During the appointment, Dr. O'Malley neglected to examine my feet thoroughly and instead opted for a pinprick test, which seemed irrelevant to my symptoms. Furthermore, rather than focusing on my heel pain, Dr. O'Malley diverted the conversation towards nerve and back issues, dismissing my primary reason for seeking help. To add insult to injury, when I received the visit summary later that evening, I was appalled to find that there was no mention whatsoever of my heel pain – the sole reason for my visit. Instead, the summary discussed hammer toe treatment, a topic that was never even broached during my appointment. Feeling utterly let down by Dr. O'Malley's dismissive attitude and lack of attention to my concerns, I sought a second opinion elsewhere. To my relief, I was correctly diagnosed with FHL Tendonitis and prescribed appropriate treatment, including foot and calf stretches, which have significantly alleviated my pain. In hindsight, it's clear that Dr. O'Malley's approach was not only ineffective but potentially harmful. Had I followed the misguided advice, I would have wasted precious time and resources on unnecessary back and neck imaging, diverting attention from the real issue at hand. Overall, my experience with Dr. O'Malley was a complete disappointment, and I would caution others against seeking their care for similar concerns. It's crucial for healthcare professionals to listen attentively to their patients and address their needs accurately, which unfortunately, Dr. O'Malley failed to do."
