"My experience with this clinic was great! It was the first time I had ever been to a WakeMed clinic for urgent care needs & I have no complaints. I saw Sue Horlick, NP. She was very thorough and even offered me (the patient), my son, and husband water to drink while we were in the exam room. "We had the best experience today at WakeMed MyCare in WF!! My daughter and I were both able to be seen without an appointment (strep test yikes!!). The receptionist was AMAZING!! So friendly, accommodating and expedient. Thank u!!! Our nurse was great...made it easy and fun for a scared 6yo to get swabbed for both covid AND strep. There are other places we'd all like to be on a cold, rainy Sunday...but this team made us feel comfortable, and cared for ❤️"
"I never use an Urgent Care but had the need to and am SO glad I chose this facility! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Keesha then taken to a room and was assisted by Linda to then being seen by PA Anna my experience was excellent!!
