"Staff is rude. They are commonly out of stock on medication. They do not call or alert you when medication is ready. They have also questioned prescriptions made by doctors and fill prescriptions based on their comfort level instead of what the doctors have prescribed."

"The new manger it is very unprofessional rude I am Castmer 15 years I am very disappointed I don’t know what happened it is not the way it was it is like Convantion store family business no ones answering the phone .I want talk to the manager she is getting the phone hung up on me without giving me solutions or listen to my question she is very unprofessional rude the pharmacy manager he is not there any more only the store manager now I have to transfer my mom prescription to another pharmacy because of the manager I am not coming to not get no help I will not get stopped until I get answer the corporate office."
"Old lady at the pharmacy section was pretty rude. I understand that it’s busy and she is the only the one there but that doesn’t mean you can rush people and be rude. I am not a regular customer here but still ain’t coming back again."
