"I've worked with this location of Caliber Collision twice for body repair on a Tesla, and both times, Joshua and his team were great! It will take some time (Thanks, Tesla!), so be prepared to wait. Despite the wait, Joshua kept me informed with updates and the repairs were completed by the initial estimated date. I highly recommend this shop for Tesla body repair!"
"Update: They did pay for windshield after I went to management. They did a good job on my repairs. Do not go here! They broke my windshield while in for repair and want me to pay for it. Even worse the price they want to charge me is double what a normal windshield repair would be! How can caliber make their customers pay for their mistakes. THEY cracked my windshield not me."

Susan keep me informed along the way and they even got it back to me earlier in the day than promised. The total repair took several weeks because of Tesla parts delays.
