The clinical staff are all caring and compassionate while providing enough feedback and encouragement to keep patients working toward established goals. The therapists are not overbooked, so patients get lots of 1:1attention. One more thing, the atmosphere is light and even fun which, for me, helped keep me coming back. It's a good place to feel better in both the short and long terms."

Dr.Ashley Chisholm is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body, she is very caring she takes time to answer questions and to explain your exercises. I am well on my way to recovery and grateful. All the staff are very friendly and greet you by name when you come in the door. I have seen Molly and Ryan a couple of times for therapy they are also very knowledgeable and both are very nice. Mitch at the front desk is very friendly and helpful with scheduling. "This is my second time needing physical therapy. I immediately requested Benchmark on Spartanburg Hwy. The first time, I had just completed left shoulder replacement. Dr. Ashley Chisholm was awesome. She is compassionate and very knowledgeable. She also has a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh, which helps to get you through a tough time. This time, I am having issues with my back. I have seen both Ashley and Molly. Molly is also compassionate and knowledgeable. They plan your therapy specifically to your needs.
