"I wouldn’t recommend anybody living here.I lived here for three years. The initial management team was amazing. Once they left and AnnRae came in, things went down hill. AnnRae Is an awful manager. She lies and is very condescending. She does not care about the tenants. Every year I asked for a paint touch up when I renewed my lease, never happened. My apartment flooded multiple times which caused everything to be damaged. Two of the floods resulted in me having to replace my entire apartment within a few months apart. The last straw for me is when I came back from vacation and my ceiling was leaking again from a previous flood. I asked maintenance to come out and take a look, they would not come out “because it was a Sunday”. I came home from work Monday afternoon and my ceiling was still leaking! It took me 3 months to get my deposit back. I had to call corporate so many times in order to get my deposit back. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere."
"Quiet and peaceful community. Racially and ethnically diverse. Convenient N. Raleigh location (parks and shopping Millbrook Glenwood). They allow folks with lower credit scores. Updated entrance signage is a recent improvement. Office communication is improving. Garden and General maintenance does a good job. Valet trash service is an unnecessary monthly expense. Interiors have new paint and flooring although kitchen/bath cabinetry and appliances are old. Pool area is nice during summer months. Possible gnat infestation in summer other pests not a problem. Parking is laid back but they may threaten to tow your vehicle lapsed reg. Some residents do not leash dogs and may violate illegal substance (pot) community rules."
"From what I've seen during my random visits the environment is clean and quiet at night. The application process is moving fast so hopefully I'll become a new tenant in the community! Whether I'm accepted or not I still appreciate their time and consideration."
"I love The Timbers! The office team has always been so welcoming and the maintenance team is always on top of things when we put in a request. Thanks for all that you do. It’s such a peaceful area and it’s nice to be here."
