Cascades at Northlake Apartments

"Since the Apartment has a new Management I feel I have been getting the run around about my maintenance request. I put in my request in November 2033. I was told they are short staff and they have interns. Ok I understand that. Then they came out to take pictures and observed the situation around December then nothing. I have been calling every week and nothing. I am very disappointed since I have been here over 7 years dealing with new Management but it hasn’t been bad until now."

"Looks like someone took my comments down so let me put them up again! I have no problem with certain staff members, but others are a trip! since I moved in here, I have had problems with this ghetto place! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I had my car broken into there are several car break ins. There have been shootings and the police are always here. The bugs are no joke! I hate it here with all my heart and soul! I have been dealing with centipedes and big ugly roaches! I pay for pest control every month, but it does not work. I thought it was because of the summer but, nope I am still having a problem with bugs, and it is not normal! I am starting to see that other people are finally putting true comments on her because it aint no way all of these comments are so perfect it's just not true! there are several issues with this ghetto broke down complex."

"Been here for 10 months and high mark residential is the 2nd company to own this complex, no improvements have been made if anything this place is more of a dump. There are less workers in the office and less maintenance staff. My water wouldn’t turn on for over an hour and was given 0 notice that my ENTIRE building’s water was turned off. Anytime I’ve ever called the office no one ever picks up but then I show up to the office and there are people there. The type of people you allow to rent here is inexcusable. You call yourself a non smoking community yet the amount of weed on the premise, the lack of enforcement on policies, and the noise is ridiculous. I’ve said something on multiple occasions with 0 action taken. The recycling area is a health hazard and so is the amount of trash sitting outside the dump. We pay ALOT of $ in trash fees the least y’all could do is keep the area clean and pay the city to take it. I pay too much $ to live here, y’all have a lot of improving to do"

"Transferred units at the end of May and Submitted a routine move in maintenance check The dryer was not hooked up properly, Door knobs where falling off, dishwasher has never worked and there is a large gap in our front door seal. Pictures below shows their attempted fix of the dryer. Resulting in me driving to Lowe’s to get the correct connections and put it together myself! No other maintenance request have been fulfilled and we are still waiting on a dishwasher!This is advertised as a luxury apartment it is far from that WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"

"Beautiful community and even better leasing agents! I moved here last year from out of state and Daezha made my moving experience seamless. She sent pictures and took measurements & dimensions of the dining area to make sure my furniture would fit before moving in! I’ve now lived in this community for a year and just recently moved to a bigger unit and had the pleasure of working with Daezha again! Even though I’m familiar with the community she still answered all of my questions and helped me choose the best unit to suit my budget and family of three! Definitely look forward to continuing my stay at Cascades!"
