"Have a few items leased through Rent-A-Center. Ive primarily dealt with Matt and Randy, and i'd glady recommend anyone to work with either two of these gentlemen. They really are willing to work with you to make sure you're needs are met. Whether it's flexibility with a payment, an issue with a product, or even if you need help deciding what specific item will suit you best, these guys are top notch. Yes, I as well as majority of their customers understand if full extent that we are paying premium prices for the merchandise we recieve, but when you don't have the money up front for that brand new 60" television, Randy is the man to call. Also, when the year "limited warranty" runs out on that brand new tv you bought at wal-mart, what are you gonna do? At least as long as I'm still making payments on my items (and i didn't break it myself or it got "stolen" and i don't have the proper documentation to back it up) the guys over at Rent-a-Center will make sure everything is right. Im happy to call myself a customer and fully intend on being a repeat customer. If you need a nice new t.v., some living room furniture, or some appliances, I HIGHLY recommend you give them a call, ask for Matt or Randy, and make a deal you won't regret."
"They have always been good to us. They are friendly and work with you. They also deliver same day most of the time. Payments are reasonable. And their new merchandise is good quality. For the most part."
"You can NOT return merchandise you purchase! It should be illegal not to have a return policy if you pay cash and want to return an item. I rented an item for two weeks, paid it off, and found out lowes hardware is 600 dollars cheaper for the exact same model! They said its not their property any more. There's nothing they can do! That's under handed. This was my first and last time buying from rent a center. 1,000 feet away, the same thing is half price. I'm going to talk to an attorney asap and get them to look for a loophole in this fine print. They're knowingly taking advantage of people."
"Lincoln and Mark are always cutting up with you and to remember you or hear your voice and know exactly who you are what you have and what is owed right off the bat is amazing! Most places you go to pay your bills it is in and out but here they make you wanna stay they make you feel at home! Keep up the good work guys!"
