"Beyond disappointed. Initial engagement with Susie was fine. However, after we agreed to a final design THEY made the mistake and sent the wrong prior design to DocuSign which was signed when we were under the assumption it was the most recent design we had agreed to. Upon the install we noticed their mistake. Chris and Susie said the cabinets would need to be reordered, which would take almost two weeks throwing the entirety of our project behind probably 3-4 weeks. For this mistake they made (yes, I did sign the DocuSign but would have thought as a reputable business they would have sent the one we had approved), they would not accommodate any additional consideration for the mistake they made which added almost a month to our remodel. Chris (the manager) said that he did not have the authority and could not give me the information to his Regional Manager to discuss further. Would absolutely not recommend Cabinets to Go."

"I shall say up front, our kitchen remodel was a nightmare. This had nothing to do with CTG, just the overall nature of the remodel of a 50 year old house with water damage and uneven kitchen floors. My husband and I had already dealt with the scams that Lowes and Home Depot use to snare homeowners into thinking that they are the answer to their prayers for an easy transition. News flash, they are not. Preassembled cabinets are glued and stapled monstrosities that fracture during delivery. CTG offered a complete system of design, delivery, construction, and installation. My husband and I handled the demolition and restoration of the walls and flooring, electrical, and plumbing. Sussie R. was our design consultant and did a fantastic job turning an old ranch style kitchen into something I can spend my retirement enjoying. She helped turn my ideas into a functional layout. The second stage is the installation, done by a local company that are artisans and designers in their own right. They provided what we needed and what I didn't even know that I needed. My little kitchen/dining area is glorious, even though my husband and I still aren't done."
