"I had a great experience with the staff. Diana and Lisa kept me informed about my drawings and did updates that were needed right away."
"Awful experience. I have been working with Britney and Ruben James for over months on the kitchen cabinet design emailed Drawings multiple times that were wrong and could never get it right. This is for a rental property and they have cost months in lost of rental income because they could never get it right. Advise everybody stay away from this company if you live in Charlotte NC you have been warned."
"The worst experience I have ever had. I was told to proceed with cancelling an order because it did not arrive when I was told it would and that I would be refunded if I ordered directly from the supplier instead. 30 days later I noticed the charge was still on my account and kept calling everyday for a week straight only to be told I would receive a call back and instead kept being ignored. I finally got through to the manager Todd and was told never mind we can't do that because their vendor changed their mind. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. We are wrapping up a home renovation and have been asked by people where I would recommend, this will definitely be one I will warn friends to stay away from."

Not only were the prices good, the selection incredible, but I felt like AJ was an attentive, responsive, and invaluable resource during the whole process. Specifically his knowledge of their inventory and the way he could help us find what we wanted even with only the vaguest of instructions was a marvel to behold. We will be using them for future project and recommend you consider doing so as well."
"AJ at ProSource was a very informative, friendly excellent sales person. He worked with us for quite a while finding the exact engineered flooring. I liked his way of showing us a lot of different samples as their selection is great! AJ was not pushy but very helpful. Our flooring came in at the time that it was anticipated and he called our installer We are waiting for the installation this Monday We could not have had a better experience I would recommend ProSource for anyone looking for any type of home improvement"
