"They have found a creative way to state that refunds and returns will only be made within 24 hours of purchase. Even after proving within 2 weeks of purchase that I wound up with a "defective" laptop that won't allow me to login and providing an email from the manufacturer stating that it's not covered under manufacturer warranty, I am out the down payment and obligated to make the payments for the financed balance. So, my credit report is taking a huge negative blow. BEWARE THAT THEY WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE AFTER 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE"

"TLDR: go to the Lumberton location , customer service was much better, and they contacted corporate to at least attempt a resolution Pretty thoroughly displeased. Came in on Saturday to find a couch for my grandmother, and found one that is what she was looking for. Spoke with a sales rep and explained I'll show my grandmother photos and likely come back after the weekend to purchase. Showed up today to find the price is $200 higher and they will not honor their price from 4 days ago (even after I mentioned the sales rep I spoke with and presented a photo of the price tag, which also states the price will be good until 11/21.) Apparently the change took place at a corporate level. If the customer service skills were present to handle the situation with grace, I would be a world less dissatisfied than I currently am. Instead, the store manager insisted that sometimes prices change within a few hours. I would hate to be the guy who ran to the ATM to grab cash only to find out his couch is now $200 more only hours later. Btw, here's a photo of the price tag with the expiration."
