"I went in today to get new shoes, the lady mention they closed in 8 minutes which it was still before closing time that i went back and told her if i could exchange some shoes. She rudely told me to hurry up which i replied not with that attitude if you're not professionaly trained to work in customers service theres definitely more people who would like to take your spot. Shes a white lady with very short blonde hair."

"I come in to trade a pair of shoes neither one of the so-called managers was friendly. However, all I asked was a question I needed to return a pair and they were the same kind of shoes. I’m pretty sure I got them from there, but they wouldn’t trade them out, and then the so-called manager walks up and I ask was that the manager because she did not speak or anything wasn’t happy to help. Remind you I just asked the first little girl was she the manager that walked off and she looked at me and said that both of them are managers and then I asked who was over them and she just said he wasn’t here won’t go back. Need mature employees"

"I received amazing customer service from all 3 ladies that were working this evening. First, one of the young ladies put a pair to the side for me while I finished up some shopping, & had them ready when we were ready to checkout. Once checking out, she asked us if we found everything ok - we had, & if we needed anything else. She helped me find several pairs of socks I didn't even know they carried. I bought all of the pairs she found. The deals are great, the customer service top notch, the selection is on point!"
