"Fair warning to those considering ordering from this company. They have a refund policy that looks very enticing however they will NOT honor it. We bought 5 tents and asked to use this policy 45 days before it expired, after about 3 weeks of no real communication we were offered a partial refund that amounted to roughly 25% of what we paid after a large restocking fee. In addition that refund is not guaranteed but is based on their inspection and determination of the state of the tents (which are in near perfect quality still) and I expect they'd try to reduce the amount further after inspection despite their stated 'for any reason' refund policy."

"Look, there's not much more I can say about this company and the people that work in it that hasn't already been said. I spent a number of years living in any kind of weather that could be thrown at their USMC combat tent. Fantastic product. I ordered some replacement parts for my personal one that had been lost, and they emailed me right back and took VERY good care of me. Just know, when you call them, you get a real person, very quickly. I also don't have any expectations other than the greatness of their product to shine when it gets to me. They WILL NOT be overnight delivery as I'm pretty sure they craft orders with a high degree of skill, the product will NOT fail. These guys and my Danner boots are some of the best product quality a dollar can get you. Buy and support this American Legend."

"Attn: Diamond Brand Tents You impressed me! I have had a screened in tent over my dockside picnic table for over 30 years now. I have worn out 5 different custom-made tents, We set our tent up at the edge of our lake in May and take it down the end of August. The tent becomes the family dining room for the summer and is very important to the functioning of our cabin. After the last tent wore out ,I found that custom awning maker that created it had retired – I could not get a replacement. After considerable research and visits to various tent and awning shops in Minnesota, I simply could not get the tent that I wanted. I finally discovered Diamond Brand Tents via your website. After describing what I was looking for, the Diamond team got to work to deliver on your great reputation. I put the tent up this week and it is a masterpiece, by far the best tent I have ever had and better than I thought possible. The frame is simple and solid. The tent fits EXACTLY on the frame – no sagging or wrinkles. The roof is extremely well designed with the two main seams all tape sealed. The design itself is very well engineered; each of the 4 wall sections are a separate piece that Velcro securely to the roof under the rain flap and the corners. This means that if somebody or something ever puts a hole in the screen, I need only to replace a single wall and not the entire tent. Each screen panel is like a large picture window with no seams. The grommets on the bottom of the walls make it easy to attach to the deck or the ground. I want to commend the team at Diamond Brand.
