"I'm in this store several times a month. This is one of my favorite places to check for great DIY activities for my students. The store looks amazing after its remodeling. I'm not so sure if they should have gone to self-checkout stations. Walmart found out the hard way."
"As a business owner who buys 50k plus in supplies yearly from Michaels this has to be one of the worst locations in terms of organization and proper inventory. Numerous times when I order online for pickup items are not in stock or take over 24 hours to pull so they sell before I can get them. No one answers the phone ever. I literally have to take a 50 mile round trip to other locations in Greensboro that always have my items and pull them within the hour. I thought after they reopened after the fire damage here it would get better but it’s gotten worse to be honest. My previous locations in Charlotte NC were never like this either. I’m going to have to find a new supplier at this point for my supplies. Bye bye Michaels!"
"I've visited this location twice in the past year. Both times the customer service was terrible. That is extremely surprising to me! In this day and age, entering a retail store is a choice not a requirement. There are WAY too many online options, so when I make the effort to enter a store, I expect the highest possible customer service, kindness, customer appreciation, etc. Anything less is completely unacceptable. There will come a day when the cashier or clerk position will be obsolete. What will these rude, unskilled people do then!?"
"Always enjoy shopping here!! Was surprised that there was only one checkout open, though. Hope that doesn't mean they can't find more help, when Thanksgiving and Christmas for shoppers is just around the corner!!"
