"Only giving 3 stars because Rebecca and Maribel are very nice and really do work with you. DJ whoever he is very rude nasty disrespectful bad attitude. He definitely hates his job and it shows in how he treat people. Called corporate on him they made a note and he can't speak with me ever. I hate the other building closed all those people were nice even the managers. So if you don't have the two people I mentioned on your file I know life must be hard ask for them they are GREAT."

"My children (under 3) and I had Covid 19 not mention even after my 14 day quarantine (not working ) I ended up having at blood clot near my lung and passed out in which I was transported and treated at cmc main. Even after proof of illness and documentation their communication was poor. Their website even stated that they help out with people affected by Covid-19. Rashee banerjee stated that the conversation I had with Ashley Freeman was no invoid because she no longer worked there . (How would I know who no longer works there with no communication.) long story short they retrieve the vehicle in the middle of the night with my children’s car seats . My $5,000 Rolex , tennis diamond bracelets and other valuable items . Rashee Banerjee only gave me a phone number and no address to retrieve my items . Even after Contacting the number she gave for the repo the person never answered so now I will have to file a police report for stolen property (jewelry). Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY . THEY STEAL YOUR ITEMS FAIR WARNING !!! MECKLENBURG COUNTY POLICE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED ."

"These people came and took my deceased mothers vehicle 1 day after I called them to make them aware of what was happening. We as a family had agreed to pay off the remaining balance. North State stated they would give us a call back on options to move forward, they never called and only took the vehicle without anybody communicating that they’d came to that decision. There were things In the vehicle that caused issues in funeral planning, this caused us so much more added stress and pain. My mom hadn’t even been buried at the time and they done this, all they care about is money and reselling a vehicle they have not sympathy or care for there customers not to mention they are very rude and unprofessional don’t waste your time with this company !"

"I've bought one car with them and about to buy the 2nd just because how Jackie treated me threw the 4 years. Shes stern but as long as you dont lie and keep it straight with her she'll do anything to help. I had personal and family emergencies over that time and had no issues. (North state acceptance realize jackie is a great manger at the gastonia NC branch. So much so, none of my credit scores are below a 740 and I could get a better apr somewhere else I choose to stay as long as jackie is the manger there because of how she treated me."
