Submerge Yourself Aquatics is a premier institution located at 7404 Chapel Hill Road in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. Our top priority is the health and safety of our students and coaches, especially in the wake of Covid-19. That's why we have made the decision to offer private swim lessons and water aerobics in outdoor neighborhood and private pools only. Our coaches will wear face shields and all equipment will be thoroughly cleaned with bleach after each use. We offer Parent & Me classes for all ages, and are happy to provide instruction from a safe distance or with the use of masks or shields. We also offer options for safe distance swim lessons, no touch lessons, and coaching from outside the pool if preferred. We are committed to going above and beyond to ensure the comfort and safety of our students and their families.
