Knights Inn Fayetteville

"Absolutely, beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst motel experience of my entire life. Our first room didn't have a single light which actually worked. We were given a second room with two small beds instead of the queen we paid for. We had several bugs but no bathroom trash can, washcloths or functional telephone. There were holes in the bed covers and dirty q-tips on the floor. The second night, our next door neighbors threw a huge, loud, window-rattling party and no one at the front desk would ever answer the phone. The police finally showed up but the party went on until 5am or so regardless. We were told by a sheriff's department detective later that the place rents rooms by the hour. You'd be better off sleeping in your car in a parking lot somewhere and keep your money."

"My stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience, the rates were excellent, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and most of all the rooms were comfortable and housekeeping always made sure I had everything I needed. The location of this hotel is in walking distance to fast food, grocery store and basically anything you need. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends.. thanks to the staff for making my stay a pleasant one"

"RUN DO NOT STAY HERE. SERIOUSLY KEEP DRIVING. DO NOT STOP. I usually give all positive reviews but this place...listen dead very large half dead roaches I was so grossed out I couldn't take a picture. They did change my room but did not offer a discount. The mew room was barely bug free, there were fries and the water did not drain out of the tub just from running the water. The comforter was full of burn holes and the room smelled out and damp. Was WAY overpriced for sure. Poor management staff unwilling to compromise on a discount so I left amd went to better hotel for a less expensive rate. This story is so long i can't even begin to typ it Ll out first they don't have a 3rd shift to check you in, then someone randomly drives up and checks us in but the next day when dealing with the manager was told we should have been left out after paying 250 for 2 rooms! FOR ONE NIGHT. Exhausted after driving we just paid to get it over with but , the poor customer service, the bug infestation, and the overall decorum and experience was so below the bar it's pathetic. Like I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. Just yuck and shame in the manager for not offering not even 5% off nothing what a shame. Never again. How does a veteran travel to a military town, to attend a military event, and get treated so poorly is beyond me."

"3 is fair but I gave 4 ⭐.... your experience is what you make it. Water never went cold, perfectly hot temperature.... The staff is what made my stay, they were friendly, patient, easy to talk to, understood and was fast to address any concerns. NO AND NEVER was any complaints, or did I feel any way of being uncomfortable.. Location was great for food and entertainment. Walking distance to stores grocery and convention store... I sincerely appreciate the staff for making my stay comfortable."
