"Waited 8 weeks for my appointment and I arrive 15 minutes early..I looked and nowhere does it state masked required..so when I get there she states masked required because I don’t know you.. very unprofessional..with several emails back and forth no mentioning of the mask..like I said very unprofessional wearing a mask that Produced by the thousands that plainly states on the box will not protect you from COVID-19. Good for only 30 minutes does that mean that you were going to change your mask four times in a two hour appointment and if the mass protects you then it doesn’t matter if your client wears a mask or not I have God on my side that is all the protection I need.. it is far as coming in the wrong door. I came through the door facing the parking lot. I did not know it. It was at the end of the building. There was no sign stating that you did not state that like I said, very unprofessional, and I’ll stand by that."

"Horrible customer service!!! Nail salons are a dime a dozen in this town, customer service is what sets them apart and Belle Nails does not excel in their customer service. My mother, who lives several states away, called here and purchased a gift certificate for me as a little pampering gift in the last days before my second baby was due. I never actually received the gift certificate, I was just told there was one on hold at the salon and that I should pick it up. The new baby was born a few days later, and I was caught in the whirlwind of learning how to handle a newborn and a toddler and this gift certificate was the last thing on my mind. My second baby just had her first birthday this past week and I remembered this gift certificate randomly and called and asked about it. They confirmed they had a record of the gift certificate and the purchase, but they refused to honor it because it had been twelve months since it was originally issued (was issued in May 2018, I contacted them June 17, 2019). I explained the situation and how I never actually received the gift certificate so I didn't know there was an experation and I was days away from having a new baby when I was informed of it and completely forgot, etc, etc. They had no sympathy or understanding and told me it expired 18 days ago in May 2019 and refused to honor it. The gift from my mother was a complete waste of $80. It is mind-boggling to me in this day and age a place can have such terrible customer service, especially in and industry that is so flooded with options at every corner street. I'd recommend going a few minutes away to Nails Palace on Stratford Road, their service is worlds better."

"I had to come back a second time because my nails were lifting the second day. The second Tech who did my nails was great. I can't remember her name. I believe it started with an L. She was Asian looking. I would have given it a higher rating but again even on the second trip my nails were lifting on the 3rd day. I'm not sure why..but after that I just gave up lol. I would definitely still come here to get my feet done again. Very relaxing environment."
