"My 79 year old dad needed a bed to accommodate a specific height for mobility issues. There was no hard sell at Mattress Firm which we appreciated. We worked with Brandon through both the Matthews and Arboretum locations, and he listened and attended to our situation with compassion and helped create a good height solution with a premium mattress for dad’s comfort. After a week of having dad’s bed, we discovered we needed a change in the base to help with more support. Brandon quickly figured out and upgraded us to a better and more firm solution which meets the perfect height and weight support with the added ability to make additional head and foot adjustments so dad can get in and out of the bed more easily on his own. So happy with Brandon’s amazing service and truly his perspective of partnership to help my dad. He really is a Sleep Expert. Meanwhile, I also needed a new bed so purchased a Tempurpedic with Brandon’s help which so far is helping me sleep better - for 7 years, I dealt with pain from a car accident. I don’t write many reviews but this experience with Brandon was exceptional, and the delivery techs were so friendly, quick, and professional. I’ve never had delivery service where they said, “Thank you for having us.” I’m going to tell everyone about my very positive experience with Mattress Firm in Arboretum and Matthews, especially with Brandon.
