"Very disappointed with the office staff and feel like our time was intentionally wasted. My fiancé had an appointment at 10:30a, and they had *SUGGESTED* that we show up sooner for paperwork. We were not told that was mandatory. It was a suggestion. I was going to fill out his paperwork for him so that he could focus on talking to the doctor, and we were running a bit late. I called not once but twice on our way and was told about their 10 minute window the first time. We made it there by 10:40, and I called to ask which door it was since the door says foot & ankle. She tells me it’s the first desk, instead of telling me not to bother coming inside. This was my second phone call to them this morning. They had two opportunities to tell me he wouldn’t be seen, for simply not coming BEFORE his appointment time. Then the condescending receptionist says that they won’t reschedule either since he was “later than 10.” For a 10:30 appointment. I will spend the day finding another doctor for him, while he struggles with his legs being infected and painful, enduring veinous insufficiency. I also explained that he’s currently not able to walk quickly, and he’s in severe pain. All she repeated was that “he should’ve been there at 10.” No apologies for the miscommunication and no amount of understanding at all. Very inconsiderate, and felt very condescending & intentional - almost like that person was just waiting to turn someone away; kind of like it feels with DMVs & them turning people away for small things. Most people have dealt with that aggravation lol. Disappointed as a healthcare worker myself, at the sheer lack of communication and empathy/understanding. Not a doctors office I’d want to visit personally after this experience. I hope nobody else gets their time wasted, especially while dealing with such excruciating pain and possibly dangerous infection. Obviously do not recommend. Oh, and I’ll also add that we didn’t receive a reminder call or text either, like another reviewer mentioned. Pretty sure the initial receptionist told me we’d get one when I first made the appointment almost a month ago, but I could be remembering incorrectly. Overall just the opposite of the care you’d expect from an establishment that’s supposed to, well, care."

"I just noticed that there are a few bad or mediocre reviews & so I really felt the need to leave my review. To be honest, I just don't get it at all. I have NEVER even once had a bad experience at this clinic. It is always kept very neat & clean. The wait times are short (less than 5 to 10 minutes), also the staff are quite friendly & very knowledgeable. These doctors, PAs, NPs, & staff definitely know their stuff! They take their time with you! They actually DO listen & hear what you have to say! They ask questions & also consider your opinion regarding your care options, treatment plans, & goals to work toward concerning your health that you actually feel are doable. They have never tried to push things that aren't truly needed. They genuinely care about their patients. I truly feel that I have had the best care possible at this clinic & have always been treated respectfully & professionally. Sadly, I learned last week as did many others that Doctor Basnight will be moving on. I just wanted to say that she truly has been a blessing & I'm really going to miss her. She has helped me tremendously & has always been so encouraging. I'm definitely going to miss her sweet smile, her kindness, & her care. With all of that said, I have several friends & family who are patients here. All of us agree that we genuinely enjoy coming to this clinic. It truly feels like family... It feels like home. I'm confident that whomever cares for me in the future, if it is at this clinic, I will be in capable hands & good hands & I will continue to be truly blessed.
