"In speaking with Patrick of Collins Comfort Solutions about a drain line that had been damaged around the time they were here for our bi-yearly maintenance, he said he would send the people back that had come for the appointment. They (Dave and his son I believe) came right over and assured me they didn’t break it and proceeded to fix the PVC drain line at no charge.
