"The receptionist and doctor at this office are some of the most rude people I have interacted with in a healthcare setting. At my scheduled appointment time, she absolutely insulted me in the way she turned away, flaunted and announced to the entire staff and doctor that they did not take my insurance, offered no payment alternative, then turned back, handed me my card and ushered me to leave. The office does not send text or email reminders for appointments not do they ask if you have any insurance updates when making an appointment as an existing patient. I absolutely do not recommend using this office as long as this behavior continues. Hugh Chatham should be ashamed that they are represented by Dr Stover and his staff."
