"Dr Natalia is great, however we switched out of this practice due to very poor communication from admin, weird hours (they never seem to be open), and finally when we had an appointment for shots they told us when we got there that they only had 2 of what we needed, so we had to come back again the next day instead of doing the shots all at once."

"Dr. Nataliya is very caring. Takes time to listen. But administration needs a little work. Transferred records from other Pediatrician, but they say they never got it. They reschedule appointments and portal is never working. Also their hours change a lot."

"I'm transferring my daughters out of this pediatrics. I've had enough. My 1yo is due for 3 vaccines and I made an appointment in advance. They changed the appointment 2 times, which is fine. When we're finally there for the appointment, they said we have to wait for 5-6 other patients to be seen first, who they either squeeze in the same appointment slot, or were backup from earlier appointments. They have only 1 nurse & 1 doctor so 5-6 people will take at least 2 hours. I made another appointment to go back another day when they open in the morning, at 8:30. We were there this morning, and waited 1 hour 20 minutes, then they gave her only 1 shot, saying the other 2 are not available. We were out of there at 10am and my 1yo still missing 2 shots. Wait time has been ridiculous lately, not just for this occasion. If I have an appointment and wait 30 minutes, that's fine. But more than 1 hour is nonsense."

"We have been going to see Dr. Nataliya for almost 3 years now and she has been the best pediatrician we could ask for. She has been so helpful and supportive for us and has helped guide us through being first time parents. It really shows how much she cares about our kids in each and every visit. We actually just recently had to change insurance plans and made sure we chose one that still let us see Dr. Nataliya in network. We will, without a doubt, be taking our kids to see her for a long time to come!"

"This is seriously the best pediatrician's office in the world. I'm not just saying that. I have been to 3 other pediatricians before I found the 1!! The office staff (Angela)is welcoming and comforting. The doctor is so sweet and really cares about her patients. She took the time to explain all my concerns and really connected with my infant. I drove 40 minutes one way to try them out. I will now take all 3 of my girls to her. It is 100% worth the drive. Thank you so much Kidzcare, you ladies rock!!!!"
