"We have been calling for over 2 months to get an "online referral" for our son to see a dermatologist. It still has not been completed. Despite patient follow-up, there is no explanation for why it has not been completed."
"On the 4th floor to the right of the elevator. The front desk are disgusting disrespectful with bad attitudes for no reason to all race. Light skin lady and the light skin short dude, always slouching, rolling his eyes…the light skin girl co-sign. All they have to do is check clients in and out and or schedule. Not that hard. They sit there with attitudes like they definitely do not want to be there. Both of them are Disgusting and should not have a job with that poor attitude and non-customer Service skills. Definitely relocating. Hate coming in there with them two. All they want to do is be on social media and have attitudes with every single person that comes in there. Just truly Disgusting people."
"Avoid Dr. Esther, Jeong I was forced to make appointment with her she was the only available physician for my child and I see why. she has bad bedside manner, she doesn't seems to care for my children, as a matter of fact anybodies children, i watched her assess my child not thought, i my self are a critical care NP."
"We've always had excellent service here. Each time we come, Dr. Best is always attentive, kind and the epitome of a caring doctor. Her services are incredible. The nurses are always quite good as well. The front staff are okay and efficient. One negative is that it's hard to get in touch with the staff if you have an urgent need and you need to schedule your child's appointments as soon as they open up the schedule - e.g. if your child is born in March you'll need to call or schedule their well visits 3 months in advance."
