"When this group first opened it was awesome! Unfortunately, the quality of care has gone down significantly over the past few years. The provider turnover is too high and the wait times to get an appointment are outrageous. The final straw for me was I called to get a refill for my prescription and the lady at the front desk said it was “illegal” for it to be refilled without being seen by my doctor (btw, she left the practice). Ridiculous! She said I had to come in for a “sick visit” to get it refilled (that actually seems illegal to me). Don’t waste your time here."
"Front staff, Carla, is rude. She told me that they will no longer schedule appt. Until my balance was paid in full. Then she proceeded to have a conversation about my bill with other front staff.Unprofessional behavior."
